I know they are OP AF, but it is still a good idea to start building the proper forms early. Bad habits develop quickly, especially when you are first starting out. However the MC's approach feels more ad hoc, and good enough for now. Which is rather short sighted for someone aiming for S Tier.

True, but at the same time, he doesn't seem the type to want to be a tyrant, forcing them into what he wants, how he wants, when he wants, with an iron fist; as evidenced from the previous(?) chapter where he emphasized to Estelle that just because he believed a specific build was the strongest didn't necessarily mean it was best for her and left the decision to her.

If he starts going drill sergeant nasty on them, it'd build resentment, of course, but it also wouldn't really foster comradery between the party members; by guiding them, but letting them figure out the finer details themselves, their cohesion as a team will only grow stronger.

At least, that's my takeaway from it.

These girls come from nobility and or military families. So there would be no need to go the hard assed drill instructor route. We see him giving instructions and lightly correcting the striker DPS when she doesn't react immediately to mobs bypassing the tank. So I don't really see him working on spheres of authority and basic team formations at the same time.

Also while true he wants the lower level team members to get the lionshare of the experience, he should have stepped up and acted as part of the team. Yes they need the experience, but they also need to learn how to use their new classes, and do so while thinking and acting as a team.

It's good to see this series again; it's exactly the kind of filler series that I just gobble up.

I ended up reading quite a bit of the WN after the last batch of chapters so I'm curious to see how things will play out.

4 chapters in a day? damn, we're getting luck here. thanks for the work :3

there's 29 chapters so far, so alot to catch up, but i truly hope the drama will rise somewhere along the way, since i kinda doubt an easygoing series will last long.

Just wait for the next chapter, the current chapter only mob that actually could get one shot by Estelle(dps girl) by taping them, and Lana (princess) hasn't settled yet in her role as healer, the only one who at last understands fully what her role is Sierra, next chapter is Boss stage, this is where they finally experienced a real battle

Honestly, this pacing makes it feel like a really fun slice of life manga, the vibes are immaculate, and it doesn’t (for some reason) have that generic harem vibe to it, the MC is genuinely just taking his time, and having fun with the game world turned real.

It’s quite neat for having that, though I do think the art style really contributes a lot with why I have that opinion~

I wonder if he'll share the requirements for the hero class with those researchers, and if he does if it'll cause a problem of people setting up situations that people need to be saved from. And if that even could fill the condition. Also that vague last condition that likely refers to the player probably means others in this world can't get it, but how could he explain that? Would just look like luck that he was able to get it.

He's planning on a 50 person guild so he wants many high tier classes for sub parties and probably doesn't want to have to hand raise every member so why not share the knowledge. MC hoarded the #1 class, the #2 class, and 2 that are probably in the top 5 or 10. Other than the saintess the two knights most likely had training from youth as nobles seeking that path. They just never thought before to hunt monsters (boil a bunch of slimes). He also has meta knowledge of all of the builds and skills which normal people won't have unless he also publishes build guides.

I feel bad for Hannah. MC running around with 2 nobles and a member of the royal family while she's in the back picking herbs with a shovel. The guy at the research institute even referred to her as his attendant. At least it will pay back in the future once the guild is large. I'm sure raising an alchemist is very expensive at higher levels and the guild will pour resources into it.

Think that just reinforces my position, rather then discrediting it. What I'm advocating is that he should be pointing out missteps and reinforcing good team formations and incorporating their training into it. Rather he is just sitting back and letting the flounder against each other as they try to learn proper teamwork. True it's only the one trip into a dungeon so far, but that is still hours of training using poor forms and strategies that will need to be corrected.

True those failures can be used as examples, but it is much better for all around for the corrections to came after the conclusion of a fight, rather then hours or days later in some afteraction review.
