this is actually my most favourite mess of a romance manga. From the same author who did Seitokai no Ichizon.

Keita and Karen = lovers and very inlove with each other.... I'd say the intensity is 75:25 ratio with Karen being 75 
Tasuku and Aguri = lovers and Tasuku actually starts taking their dating seriously as Aguri when he learned the truth of his gal gf
Keita and Chiaki = bff, creator and fan, Amuro and Char. As with this manga chapter, Chiaki have finally started trying to vie for Keita
Tasuku and Chiaki = Chiaki used to have crush on Tasuku 'cause he's a riajuu who talked to her. She dropped her crush on him hard after the truth about Keita
Tasuku and Karen = Mirrors the Keita and Aguri pairing of misunderstanding. They think the two are cheating on them behind their back not knowing the other two thinks the same. Actively do 2-person planning to expose the "cheating" and strengthen the relationship with their respective lovers. there's more to those two though
Keita and Aguri = Hooo boi... these two are very complicated. Started as two wounded puppies licking each other's wound thinking that their lovers are cheating on them. They became really good friends that can lash out at each other without minding and gets very blunt with each other. Their relationship progressed to the point where people who see the two immediately gets the impression of siblings who are close but banters alot a.k.a. very mild tsundere relationship but effin spoil each other so much. Now this is where it got me mindblown, It is later revealed that Keita and Aguri actually fell in love with each other and is so supportive and overprotective with each other that even though they haven't confessed to one another, they made a clear line that they never crossed 'cause they are still in love with their respective bf and gf and want to show that they are loyal to their current lover. A ship that is stuck in the shipyard. Diss Keita in front of Aguri and vice versa then hell hath no fury than a character ready to kill when you dissed their secret love. In a way, Tasuku got "NTR'ed" without the seggs
Keita and Konoha = These two are freakin funny as Konoha's the resident sexual harasser towards Keita without actually doing any harassment and Keita's not buying her stupid antics. Konoha's actually serious about Keita and he appreciates that but he kept displaying that he's loyal to Karen, much to Konoha becoming more inlove with Keita due to that.
Hoshinomori Konoha = This girl is a rich mine. Literally the sexually perverted version of Sugisaki Ken from Seitokai no Ichizon. She is also Ken's distant successor to the Student Council and pretty much admires Ken for his... Ken-ness. No literally, she enrolled to his school due to the weird cultures and tradition of said school, which is filled to the brimmed with cute and beautiful girls to boot. She also became the Student Council President by some weird luck (their school choose their StuCo from popularity contest as if it's Ms. Universe) and uses said position to uncover the whereabouts of Ken's ONE PIECE. Yep, the guy graduated high school Gol D. Roger style and goaded the perverts to find his treasury of Eroges (For Ages).
Also, one last thing about Konoha, all the times implied that she masturbated... She did masturbate. She's that much of a degen.
