It seems the most important part of a manga is the ending. A good ending can salvage an otherwise average manga. On that same vein, a bad ending can mute an otherwise great manga. This is what happened here, with a severely rushed ending. I needed more romance, a chapter or two of Isana and Shinta actually engaging in romance, a kiss and a date. Its the main reason why I stuck with the manga when the action scenes became quite silly with romance as opposed to fighting after chapter 30 or so. Instead, I got an insult where the villian of all people takes Isana away from MC. I was really looking forward to reading this again, but now not really knowing the ending is not an ending at all. Whatever, I'd recommend Hitoribocchi no Chikyuu Shinryaku as a better action romance, given despite the romance coming after over half the manga's runtime, it at least had a great ending to prop up an otherwise fine story.
6/10.
