@KuroeNekumi Well, if we don’t get direct evidence that she was sleeping with someone, then we may well get the situation that someone undressed her and put her to bed. Anime and manga have used this cliché so often (hell, Listeners even parodied it) that these phrases can already be predicted with eyes closed. In any case, as long as we don't know any details, this will work perfectly for any assumptions.

@SuperOniichan Fair point, and you're right. Though the fact she's naked is suspicious (unless she herself removed her clothes). Also, we've gotten chapters from the perspective of someone else that actually happen (as in, senpai and senpai's senpai taking the same taxi). And I wasn't implying she "slept" with her coworker, just that she slept with her coworker. She ended up piss drunk, the other girl had to take her to her home, and while drunk she started taking her clothes off and hugged the other girl, not letting go. So both end up asleep together.

@KuroeNekumi It reminds me of one CGDCT about alcohol, where a drunken half-dressed oneesan fell asleep tightly hugging MC and then felt guilty for a long time, thinking that she had raped her, lol. In any case, if it really turns out to be not real sex and “let's pretend that it never happened”, then this will clearly be something like that.
