Yeah, it stood out to me as well. "quite a bit of" is used for uncountable things. And "drinks" are countable.

Lots of other good options, like:
"You've consumed quite a bit of alcohol"
"You've consumed quite a few drinks"
"You drank quite a bit"
etc.
