It felt like we're skipping a chapter or two before this. MC met with the other students just like that. What's with that job granting skill? Doesn't Ichinose want to come home too? Why is she sticking around if the goddess can only send people back once? I don't remember her and MC talking about this before

So... did the dude who wanted to go home get to go home?
They did. They jobs was removed as well. Sad part is that no one will remember them back home. Long story short as a part of clean up after the summoning gods have to erase existence of summoned people. On bright side Goddess decided to give them new memory and life, to conceal them.

I will leave link for LN chapters:

The tricking and removal of the trash classmate's jobs was just a cruel revenge he could take out on them (and deserved) and perhaps the best revenge he could have taken out on them. They said they wanted to stay, so he's letting them stay... as average people.
Was it really cruel? or deserved and just?... given the shit they did.

Also, what was that part about the girl and Fujisake? and the whole "Keeping it a secret"... seemed sus, but I think my initial read of it was wrong. (am thinking she may have been involved with him, since the dude said "getting along with you" prior to her saying "keeping it a secret" but upon re-reading, I think it's just the wording, and she meant her not being a saint and being ruthless being kept a secret).
edit: seems this is a manga only scene, as reading the WN canaan and MC are the only ones to appear, and ichinose finds out later.

Still no idea who Fujisake is tho... would like some clarification on that :S

Thats the LN not the WN, the WN didn't get many chapters translated, but the plot goes completely different at some point from the LN anyway, same group translated the few chapters for the WN though (but is completed with 87)

Fun fact, if you didn't noticed, all links, yours and my, lead to the same site. Thanks to you i remember his (translator) message about stopping translating WN in favor of LN.

You didn't notice the tweet kinked in the previous page? The mangaka is going on maternity leave. This title will be on hiatus for a bit, so my guess is they wanted to wrap up this story arc before that happened.

Also, the art she drew to go with her tweet is all kinds of D'aaawwww.

They got off lightly.
They got their status set back to "villager" and left to the mercy of the people they've been terrorising .....

Now, you could assume they will be given their "Fair Chance in Court", like most modern Moonchildren and Snowflakes would wish for, but.....

I think they'd have been better off if killed outright. Because this ain't gonna be purty...

Following the fantasy manga logic those classmates are more useless than an average -10 years old children that aren't going to a grow up ceremony to gain an skill job
(not sure if that common trope happen in this story or they going to an church to obtain or change jobs)

If those things never happen and they just born with jobs or evolve by fighting they are in the worst situation of they lives in a fantasy manga

A lot of stuff happened in this chapter, but it doesn't have any real impact. They went back too easily, and the others got off without real consequence.

Was that black-haired woman their failure of a teacher? I didn't even have her name on my notes, but I guess she was never really named.

Tsukuru(? it's really him, right) taking away the jobs and levels of the now abusive and corrupt classmates as his revenge should've been a cathartic moment, but for some reason it felt rather anticlimactic to me because it all happened so fast in like, 2 pages... and they didn't even seem to recognize him.

Losing just their powers after they've already committed various heinous crimes against humanity in this world feels inadequate as revenge and punishment. Maybe show more of their victims and slaves getting revenge on them now that they're completely ordinary and weak. Oh well, this should solve the out-of-control classmates problem.

Anyway, Suzuno's "keep this a secret" is a little concerning. Hopefully it's only because she's maintaining a "sweet, saintly girl" image in front of Tsukuru and not because she's secretly in cahoots with someone not on their side or something. The worst that could happen is that she turns out to be a villain herself waiting to betray him, but surely there's no ugly plot twist like this waiting on the cards, right?

The only notes I have on Fujisaki is that he's a black haired male classmate with the berserker job, but I don't know any connection he has with Suzuno apart from that time he saved them.
