This....is so....bad, lol.

The art isnt the worst (though some of the background characters are weirdly deformed) and the character design for the main cast is passable, but its like the author looked at every popular manga trope that has been done to death and went......you know what, one more time! all at once.

It is basically the Wish dot com version of "Rise of the Shield Hero", but its got so much cringy sloppy seconds you could draw comparisons to dozens of other manga and google two dozen more.
