Thanks for the chapter šš¼
Well, the Gate isn't in Italica, it's in Alnus so the supplyline being cut off doesn't apply hereWithout the gate, Japanās āinvasionā will eventually come to an end with no means of resupplying. Meaning no more ammunition, fuel, human resource, food (I donāt recall them actually making any farms for example), and would destroy moral. All things considering, it is definitely a win condition for Zorzal. IF he can that is. The gates being the most obvious lynch pin in existence, you would definitely expect it to be well defended, even when attacking. Especially when you consider Japanās end goal.
Politically speaking, if he capture Pina (as successor) and emperor, he would be winner. From Japan's point of view, it's not Japan against Empire, it's Empire (Pina and emperor) with Japan's help against rebels (Zorzal). If Zorzal capture them. he became legit sole ruler of Empire, and Japan lose their purpose for war.I'm failing to see how capturing the fallen emperor or Italica will ensure Zorzal's victory.
Imagine after he shout a warcry, he and his men rush to the glory, then ended up running to the landmine zone and annihilated.Zorzal is completle delusional, thinking the Japanese send everything they had outside this area, his forces are going to be annihilated.
Goddamn, this might be the first time I've read an LN>Manga translation actually end. I sure hope so, having read it this far. It might not be the best series with the JSDF just constantly winning, but I would just love to finish this until the end.
This is near the end in the WN and LN, so there is a good chance it is.
Well, bittersweet if you ask me.Can I get spoiled on what happens? Want to know why it was sweeter.
Since the Haryo betrayed Tyuule and are now loyal to Zorzal, Iām worried for Furuta since Bouro knows that heās the spy
