I actually started work on this while I was working on Doga and was planning to typeset this after releasing Doga. But then my cat became terribly sick, so it ended up taking me ages to typeset this. I'm just gonna drop this first chapter first, and as I've repeated ad nauseum, my release schedule will be very slow for the time being as I focus on nursing my cat back to health. My cat is slowly getting better, but isn't in the clear yet. My update schedule will be back to normal once she is better. Anyhow, the subject of this manga is very interesting to me, and I'm sure it must be for many as well given we're all manga readers, but like I just said, don't expect a super quick update soon OTL

So far loving how sound logic is the PROFESSIONAL girl, and how the mangaka showed some tidbits about editorial pressure.
But will it be interesting? It is still a coin flip. As many interesting manga get axed, it makes me fear this manga will fall from work realism topic to anyone wet dream as that kind of slop got more sales.

Still thanks for the translation, and no rush, take your time, no sale rushing or deadline anyway.

TY for picking up another cool looking series. I always dig these how the sausage is made stories about art and media, and the big clashing shounenesque personalities is a fun framing. And it wouldn't be a proper manga about manga if it weren't kinda yuri.

While typing this I went on a whole journey to find out Draw This, Then Die! is getting an official TL in August, volume 2 in November. Which isn't really relevant but might interest people who liked this one.

Sending your cat my energy, the little bastards really are glass cannons.
