It is quite odd that the mouse company used the streaming service EULA defence to dismiss the suit, instead of the usual excuse of "it's not operated by us". Though, I reckon they added it in as a spare argument if that usual excuse didn't work, and then the media just focused on that because it was ridiculous.

It seem to me the "daughter got involved" case could have been invented precisely for the sake of this manga. After all, the chapter did make a point of Runa becoming visibly more important (interesting), which would attract all sorts of types, some with aggressive and simple agendas, such as kidnapping, especially in a fictional story. Sure, it happens in real life as well, occasionally, but stuff like that are the bread and butter for fiction, even in countries that ought to be safe.

Simply said, she got involved with the next elections, and one way or another she will have to pick a side. Since she doesn't have a lot of power except enormous amount of money, she might end up swallowed if she's not decisive enough... And I think staying neutral is not an option. With my puny brain, that's the gist I can get... Reading other comments helped me understand a lot of things about politics and economics

I don't really mind the big brother modules, as far as I'm aware, HM's govement is currently considering installing their own big brother modules to tax users per mile in order to have a balanced budget. Which wouldn't be unusual, insurance companies do that already.

Anyways, decided to place that money on me ISA instead. After thinking about it, I'm fine with the tube.
