I mean, if it melts at 1300 and the spinner got up to 1500, that's not just a single drop of hot tea, it's more like a bead cooking you from the inside out. Especially since the spinner was actively producing the heat instead of just being heated up.

what's actually implausible is that the sketchy toy can get so hot basically becoming a bomb, so technically magic bombs should be a thing but no one seems to have invented one yet?

Exactly, a single drop wouldn't do much damaged and even if that tiny thing melted it's way straight down it's throat it wouldn't hit the weakpoint, the heart.
