I don't think she's the queen... I think she's just an elven princess that the emperor keeps because it gives him some kind of prestige to have an elven princess at court.Wait the spoilers were true he technically NTRs the King with the Queen?!
granted there’s no love between the royals but…
Just three cities? I feel like if this was a little bit more adult-oriented piece of media, he would have Musk-level of little spawns with accursed black hair and black eyes all over the world already. Even if he is just what? 14-15 yo at this stage? This little rizzlord needs to cool it. He's like a travelling salesman with a family in three different cities!
Is it just me, or does getting sad Leon backstory after he's already dead feel unnecessary? Especially since the whole time we knew him he was a big jerk. Let sleeping jerks lie, I say.
It seems a reasonable thing his friend would talk about in memory of his ex-friend, and it lets the reader know why the team put up with such an unreasonable person instead of doing the mechanically pragmatic thing. Lots of readers get pissy at authors not forcing their characters to always take the 100% most efficient and profitable thing in lieu of acting like actual people (i.e. putting up with some scumbag with whom they previously were close and had lots of reason to trust but, during the time the reader watches, only betrayed them). This little rizzlord needs to cool it. He's like a travelling salesman with a family in three different cities!

In the novelsI do wonder who he might end up with? He seems good with Mimino, the ojou-sama, even Non. But it seems like the Onee-sama is the one?
the ojou-sama is good and all but that freaking sucks, hate when authors do this, just don't make it a harem story if you don't have the balls to commit to it.In the novels
The elf princess gets the most development with him. He travels with her to her homeland and later to the portal world where he picks up one more love interest(from an underground-dwelling human race).
Then at the end the author just drops all the harem stuff and has him marry the ojou-sama.
In the epilogue the elf princess asks him to have lots of kids with the ojou so she won't be lonely after he's gone and for centuries she helps other Isekai'd black haired kids and saves them from facing the discrimination Reiji suffered.
