As for the loot, I feel this is the place for a classic viking solution.
Shitty merchant gets first pick and gets to fill up his cart with as much as it can pull, and then the other team takes the rest. (It looks like the pile is way beyond what tiny loco can load anyway).

The rune 'ᚳ' is there at the end, though hard to see. You might miss it if you see "ᛁᚳ" as just 'ᛁ' with a stylistic double line.
