I had "unhinged" fun seeing the reactions of husband collectors on reddit over past couple of months. To think Da Wei was serious about "back to the roots"........ but still, where is my pyro lady voiced by Rie Tanaka

Regarding Capitano, I like how they did things to him that filtered out his fanbase gradually.
1. Lost a fight to pyrchon -> powerscalar JJK, Solo leveling fans (chadhimtano, goatpeaktao blah blah)
2. Reveals his flesh is rotting, takes off the mask -> kpop fangirls and the femcels who were only hyped for him thinking he'd be the "sole white man in natlan"
3. Sort of dies but not really -> People who only likes playable characters

But now we are left with bunch of delulus who trying to convince the remaining respectable fans that he will return. Which would basically throw poop over the whole narrative

I'm gonna post a hot take since I'm bored. This is what I've observed from watching YouTube, so my observations are 80% wrong. Probably.
What Genshin is going through in 5.3 is what Wuthering Waves went through in 1.0.
Both were criticized for the lack of cohesion in the worldbuilding, the characters in the story seemed to lack personal drive and frequently "glaze" their hero of the war, and that each game has their own Gary and Mary Sue: Rover and Mavuika.

After playing 5.5 world quest I have deleted genshin again for the umpteenth time because I have better internet and a stronger device to get back to it whenever I want. I am still curious about a few things.

1. How will they tie in the exiled tribe that was mentioned in the prologue chapter?
2. Where is next pyro 5 star character from natlan? Until now, in every nation, there has been this person with the signature element who holds significant authority/position. 4 out of 5 times they were opposite gender of archon, 5/6 counting Pierro.
3. Archon still has the gnosis.
4. Redacted names
   • Agnidus agate gemstone description contains this line "achieved ▉▉'s truth he has"
   • Narzissenkreuz world quest tells of another redacted substance from natlan that was brought to fontaine and used for various things. It could not have been phlogiston could it?
   • Beeg purple dragon boss fight
   • City of ash contains notes from dragonfolks and one of them mentions a female character they fought against, imprisoned then went on to talk about something unknown that was with her, could be referring to an alien species or alien artifical intelligence
   • Screw this where can I get an arranged collection of all the lore bits that come from interacting with crap lying around all over.
5. In the latest world quest, Interacting with one of those disk like things revealed info on a female pyro sovereign and her "adopted" daughter. There were also talks of exiling said sovereign under certain charges.

Ngl, I can't keep up with the lore since natlan. It's not that it isn't interesting, but I just can't memorize names like xabalanque, xanaxzussy, etc. I just can't follow who is who anymore.

I unironically had better luck remembering Aranara names.

Yeah, we back to pansy ass fontaine cast but the amount of skin exposure (which is not much) of Escoffer marks a refreshing end to the cringefest that was overly censored female designs

For the siblings archon quest (5.7), it was about the time goddess distorting the teyvat timelime (once again).
To summarize (lol),

• Paimon and the traveler found the traveler sibling spaceship key in the hand of an hurlichurl in an cave somewhere.
• They meet a random girl that somewhat has the similar clothing of Khaerhians who is somewhat having trouble connecting wiht reality.
• The sibling traveler is making somekind of machine with the Masters of the Night-Wind power for i don't remember what
• We chase the sibling but we didn't and he/she made it
• After all of that, we remembered that the girl is still in the cave.
• She told us that there is a cataclysm but we can't see it.
• So we hold her hands and we can see what she see.
• After some talking, we give her the sibling spaceship key.
• The sibling interrupt us and explain that this khaerhian girl we just meet earlier was been teleported to the future to meet us by the goddess of time. (and realizing that we have travelling back in time)

- "Someone told me that they have found you, i keep searching but i couldn't find you"

• The sibling pull out and activate the machine that he/she have been making and bring the traveler back in time.
• Paimon wake us: "Are you okay? You have been gone missing for a while."
• After a quick breath, we realize that the hirlichurl that we meet at the beginning at the quest was actually the khaerhian girl.
• Very sad moment, Paimon leave us alone for a while to catch up with all of that timeline rewriting stuff.

Anyway, there was a Nod-Krai prologue quest in 5.8 that ""sums up all of the lore dragon stuff"" said that french genshin lore expert youtuber, but since i didn't get time to play gacha games anymore since 5.8, i don't know what to tell about that and this new 6.0 update.

Since my country situation have now been stabilized, I got some time to catch up with the Archon quests. Maybe i will give a quick summary next week?

Not gonna lie, Hoyo dropped too much Teyvat lore drop for this 6.x version. Genshin theorists are in the heavens right now.

Aged badly when wuwa doubled down on the fanservice slop after Shorekeeper. They ruined Cantarella by going overboard with the tongue then Iuno's feet and handholding. Now mass promoting the JK girl and fake asian scammer 4* over their scarce male swordsman lmao.

This is the era of glazing where the most hardcore enjoy skipping story for aura farming cut scenes and character ascension materials locked behind story. Good for new players. Let's throw another returnee callback event!!
