Yep! Not sure what exactly the "cup" grading is, since brandy has its own grading system (VS, XO, etc.) There's rarely any point in mixing a higher and lower quality of the exact same liquor. And given that this goes beyond the highest "cup size" I'd imagine one of the ingredients is probably a 15+ year old brandy, which you would mostly never mix in the first place.

Kouhai-chan and her senpai are the LEAST degenerate pairing in this whole series. THEY'RE what I look forward to in this. For Ai, the antics between her and her friends in school are genuinely more interesting to me than her relationship.
