This whole dungeon reminds me of Nazarick. They got multiple levels with different setting.

I think, that dungeon got isekaied from somewhere and the 1st Master is OG isekai person, got too horny and start banging other races. When the child is born, they are stronger than the OG races since all of it got some Master's DNA.

Since humanity is still not being wiped out during hundred or thousand of years of oppression, there is probably a secret that allows human level up faster or human can obtain skills more easily for them to fight with their oppressor from time to time.

Really starting to doubt these holes were from the previous adventurers the dwarves sent. Lol

never thought it was the dwarves in the first place considering they werent even strong enough to break a chunk off the first whole i dont see how adventurers would then be able to break such a huge piece on lower floors while defending attacks

In story context it most likely is related to the master, my guess is possibly the fact that the master is born to humans almost always and who knows, maybe humanity is the progenitor of the 6 races, it's possible that this is gonna be a story of the 6 races overthrowing oppressive humans then oppressing them, but considering the path of the story i doubt it will go that philosophical.

It's a possibility but I think it's gonna be something else.

Spoiler: MASSIVE SPOILER FOR GURREN LAGANN

In Gurren Lagann, we eventually learn that the reason why the humans were forced to living underground, keeping them undeveloped and in low numbers, is because a protocol would activate if the total number of living beings exceed a set amount. This protocol was put on place by another specie/entity, the Anti-Spiral, and would use the moon (who actually was a mothership) to sent robots advanced enough to wipe the whole civilization.
Now of course the heroes won and saved the day, but

The point that I'm trying to make is that this unknown threat may bring the story farther than we first expected.
