Papico's motivations for going into porn are more complex than that. The money was definitely a factor, but no one keeps an entire library of the porn they shot if they merely regard it as a sad, transactional affair best forgotten. She enjoyed shooting porn, but she also enjoyed being cast in non-porn roles as well because she's an actor. Like any good actor, she wants to try a variety of roles to get a better handle on her craft. In fact, the other characters' fixation on her being an AV actress is a point of critique by Oku, and what do I see but a bunch of posters in this very thread falling into that trap.

Which leads me to the most interesting part of the manga, which is not the AV sex, not the tokusatsu battles, and not even the romance between Rei and Papico.

We made our own apocalypse through an unholy alliance of technology and human stupidity that even the best geniuses are not immune to. The city-destroying monsters sent by Beavis Socrates and Butt-head Plato are just symbols of this reality.

Is there even a damn point in continuing to run this site with such sloppy management? I mean, if the manga is already licensed, or the scanlator isn't going to continue and their site went down (or whatever the reason was) and that's why all chapters were removed, what's the point of still having the manga in the catalog? Anyone who wants to start reading this manga will have to go find it on another aggregator, and they're better off sticking with the site that DOES have the chapters. So? Back to the initial question: what's the point? And one more: why are you taking down the chapters.

Story goes, she fights, government locks her up, releases her, fights, gets popular, breaks up and is pregnant, fights, dies, there's literally a scene of him grieving her watching her porno (fucking weird, ch84, pg14), then he uses the alien device that shrinks to go back in time to save her, stops everything that previously happened, but before she died he promised to become a director, does that, stars her in his movie, has her act everything in the past as the movie, she remembers, then they're together again with a daughter in the end, so yea, a "reset all but keep memories" story
On abortion, not much to say, when she died he lost her and his future child, and the daughter in the end is to him, their second child, strange (In a way, he never got back his first child, who that child was going to become, never know, forced abortion)
Reminds me of Invincible, the cave on the planet that lets him go back in time, fix his mistakes, but, if he continues that "perfect" timeline his daughter, Terra, won't be born, so he doesn't go through with it, even though he saved countless lives, it's very divisive, selfish, but reasonable, his family is the most important, and even the "cave" calls him out, he's guilty, but, he's also not as bad as his dad

Beyond lame, 3/10, art is the only redeeming aspect, there's no good point to stop, so just go through all of it ignoring text, you'll feel the same, also just saying, he looks like a complete SLEAZEBAG in the last chapter
So backwards, "strong female lead", also a literal porn actress, just wow, imagine reverse genders, gross, no dignity
