Semantics, we know shes something. It could just be the person doesnt know what the word is, we got people from all over the world here.

Lesbian is far more well known than "queer".
Queer may mean a LOT of things.

Tamaki is the strongest. I'm glad her friends stuck up for her and Kida was able to stay in the club without problems.

Not queer, lesbian. No need to use a vague term when a more specific one exists and has been pretty explicitly indicated.

Thank you for the chapter!
Kida was really a nice guy that understood Tamaki and made sure she felt welcome in the band and the club. I love how their relarionship is shown so well with just a few panels, like her throwing shade at him, and him just laughing it off

When Kida broached the subject, I think he noticed her face stiffen and stopped her from confessing.
if this is true (and w/ also maybe knowing she's gay) that's highkey mature and respectable so props for him, i'd be shocked if he didn't have any hangups over that. i'm built different tho i'd ask her out and cry like a bitch afterwards

Many members of the LGBT community also don't like straight people using the word "queer" as it used to be a slur and means "weird".

I absolutely adore this manga, it feels like an acutal living breathing high school with how its so jam packed with interesting side characters each with their own little stories happening in the background. Honestly some could be main characters of their own manga.

a lot of the lmc members aren't nice at all, but they still remain interesting and fun. A lot of high school manga really the story revolve around the main cast only, but here it really feels like a community. Everyone's doing their thing but are still conneted. I mean thats how high school really was, at least in my own experience.

But Hatono just takes the cake, she still manages to stand out despite being surrounded by these characters by being her dorky, spunky, and hard-working self. I love her.
