sigh I'm annoyed. Both the official translation and this scanlation get the title wrong. “窮鼠猫を噛む” is a Japanese idiom that is commonly translated as “A cornered rat will bite a cat”. Relevantly, because “rat” and “mouse” are the same word in Japanese (“鼠”), it can also be translated as “A cornered mouse will bite a cat”. The title, “窮鼠、猫ヲ姦ス”, is a play on the idiom, switching out “bite” with “rape [defile]” (as well as adding a comma and using Katakana instead of Hiragana). Lastly, she calls him “Mouse-kun” (“マウスくん”), so I translate the title as “A Cornered Mouse Will Defile A Cat”. Note that in Japanese, the fact that the defilement is rape is explicit in the kanji, but “defile” has that connotation decently strongly, so we're good. (Also, I simply don't see a place for a natural commaed pause in the English, so that's lost.)

However, FAKKU! officially rendered this as “Defile the Cornered Cat”. They erase the idiomness by changing it to command form, cut “Mouse” entirely, and it's simply not the cat that's cornered, it's the mouse! It's just wrong!

And this scanlation went with… “A Cornered Rat Will Bite a Cat”, completely missing that the verb was changed from the idiom and going with the wrong small rodent. That's the whole thing, actually! Agh!
