This was always one of my favourite chapters.
I like how it realizes it doesn't need to say anything on the last panel, neither about the last being next to the first, nor about how the two, so vastly separated as they are in time and environment, depict exactly same thing. Some of the other chapters, like 32 that immediately follows, are so direct about it that it ruins the impact.

Really beautiful stuff. Symbolism at its finest. I love how naïve Chito and Yuuri’s views are. Feels like I’m reading a darker, post-apocalyptic Yotsuba&. Depressing but also filled with some sort of hope. "As long as we’re together, even if we die..."
This manga is good!
