Doesn’t seem there are significant cut of the story from the novel version.

About the teacher, it’s quite expected because her arc is not told completely from Ruruna’s point of view, so we already have strong hints about her having complex to high school girl and that she had less than exciting youth, so she let it out by oppressing the kids.

Her reaction when she found out that she was Virgin even hurt me 😟

It’s almost like Ruruna actually like pretty girl’s blood, but this time she’s more about trying to avoid biting more girls. Yet her excuse fails.
