But I'm happy for Miyako - she wanted friends and to be part of an in-group, and her dreams have been realized.

Sadly for Ruruna, Wakana indeed remains insane and she let herself get swept along with it at just the wrong moment.

This title isn't deep enough that I expect the Hunter Nun to be a fakeout or anything, though if she is subverting the expected trope, I'd love it if she turned out to actually also be a vampire in disguise that had to be eliminated and not harem'd.

I was just talking about Botan elsewhere.

The only thing that makes me hesitant to believe this is that I don't see Yura playing along, even for the sake of Wakana, without some sort of enthrallment holding her in place. Though I might have to go back and reread those couple chapters centered on her because maybe it could still be argued.

But it would awesome if it turned out to be the case.

I'm excited to get more world building. Why did Ruruna come to Japan? Does she live alone? Are vampires more common in this world? Are there other monsters, like Yokai? I'm really excited to see it get fleshed out even just a little bit. I know this isn't supposed to be a crazy deep story, but I love me some good monster world building :3
