I'm grateful for the effort. Still it saddens me just how much stuff isn't on mangadex. Especially series like this which I follow by authors I like. There isn't really a comparable website the way their used to be. I suppose in this era of draconian copyright enforcement I have to go back to the old days of bookmarking a couple dozen fly by night scanlation sites.

Okay I am really confused did the old group delete their old chapters on behalf of the new group or was new group able to delete the old group chapters 21-4X (42-44 cant remember) without the old group being in the loop or ways to revert the deleting of over 20 chapters?

Previous group, Kirishima, deleted all chapters up to 42 or so. You can still read them on aggregator site of your choice or wait for new, better translations here.
Or go to their site but - given how much of attention whores they are - honestly, it's hardly worth giving them a visit.
