Glitch or stealth lock?

For some reason when I attempt to post in the PS thread in the lounge I keep getting the OOPS message.
I can see it, it doesn't appear to be deleted, and there's no lock indicator showing. Is it a glitch?

Yeah that's it.
At first I thought it was the link, but I can't even post text in that thread even after deleting the draft and trying to start fresh.
