Not entirely sure what do you mean by that, you mean the use of -chan and the general translation vibe is similar to a Jp -> Eng manga? Considering in general that's how mangas like this (comedy, light heart-ish) are translated to English and my feeling of the work in the original language (I also know Chinese), I think the TL done here is pretty good and suit the vibe well. I am not saying you are wrong, but I would like to know more what did you mean.
