The leader (not the prison warden) of one of the other prison blocks we saw early on. She was an adversary at first, but she's come around to support the MC now that she sees he's actually a pretty decent person.

(That is, a decent person with all things considered. Some of the stuff he does is still kinda messed up, but it is what it is. And what it is is a prison for women that's fifty shades of Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, complete with a head warden who'd give Tina Turner as Aunty Entity a run for her money.)

There's basically zero chance of her losing. After Hinowa flopped, Takahiro figured out killing off the "good guys" more often than not doesn't work so he moved to the classic battle shonen (with a shitload of ecchi) with Mato slave and this.

The manga wasn't great to begin with and the only interesting thing to happen was the princess getting forced into the rape harem.
Also because the manga got axed she will be forever stuck there.

Anyway i think Keket is still going to lose but she will survive

It's not really about quality of the writing, but popularity and tailoring your story towards what sells. Just look at Fairy Tail, Black Clover or any other generic garbage battle shonen. Takahiro did well with Akame and thought he could just do the same thing again, which obviously didn't work, so he switched his approach and started making stuff that sells instead of what he would (likely) prefer to do.
