Really liking the art, the general tone and all the characters so far but what is this dreadful feeling?

Is this series going to break my heart? The gore in the opening pages is really scaring me.

Hahah, page 47 statue's face reminds me of gantz.Hope its a funny lighthearted series rather than a full on "everyone got killed by freak accident" after finding a bit of wealth.
