Yeah, as far as I know, it doesn't have any other chapters. I think it was originally meant to be a spinoff, telling more about important side characters. Not only about Hinoka, but probably others too, such as the old couple. If there would be more chapters we would pick up those too, but this is pretty old, from 2012 or so, and I don't know about if it has any more chapters, so this is likely an abandoned project from Fujieda Miyabi.
(Which is probably the reason no team picked it up so far, because, yes, it's indeed quite sad there are no more chapters of this. I did thought though it's a cute little chapter regardless, so we picked it up. Hope you still enjoyed it at least a bit.)

I actually got the raws several years ago, but they were bad quality. But we found very high quality raws at Yuri Project who allowed us to use those - Thank you for it again! - so, if you're looking for the raws, you probably can find them on their site. I don't know about any more chapters of it than this though.
