The genericly "intelligent" MC gets artificially nurfed so that the antagonist can cause an issue for the MC to later solve. Normally I don't mind the cyclical nature of that kind of plot, but this author keeps using trash tier characters and events to move the story along.

Well if that's true then the series is literally fucking dead just because there's ABSOLUTELY no way we will get that many chapters for that to be resolved at the pace we have been getting them

This came out in 2023 and we've ONLY gotten 15 chapters LMAO
