This is the Majin Buu saga ending but with Buu throwing the Spirit Bomb instead of Goku. The old man is now Mr. Satan.

It's completely self inflicted since I can drop this series whenever I like but holy fuck is this an abysmal wrap up. The villain had the depth of a kiddy pool before he got stretched beyond his clear bit role.

Like if you want there to be some kind of thematic through line to their relationship, or even to have there be some meaning to him somehow despite being irrelevant power wise until like 3 chapters ago? over the course of the story repeatedly being tied to MC you need more than him just being the spoiled young master trope we see in every isekaislop story.

At least his former disciple was hot so I could engage my baser instincts whilst reading her shoe horned inclusion, this guy somehow has less depth or texture than a Kaguya level last minute super boss.

Again I should've dropped this but I am weak and love the taste of slop, one more chapter please.
