Aye? Well in Dark Souls at least when you go back to 0, you just gotta work your way back to where you were, pick yourself up again, and you can carry on like before.
OR you can just forget about what you were doing and start over in a different direction from 0. That is generally fine too.
Real life isn't as forgiving as Dark Souls. When you hit 0, you lose something you can never get back. Sometimes everything.
