This still doesn't 100% confirm whether it was Kitty, which I am not implying that the admins need to leak or tell who did the report.

However, all of this does make it more likely that it was Kitty. Why make such a unnecessary comment in the TLs note, and the chapter being uploaded close to the time GDS chapter was reported and hidden.

I won't outright say that this was confirmed, but I would be wary of Kitty from now on. This is scummy behaviour, it doesn't excuse that it was GDS that it was done to.

I do agree with you, but I'm this close to dropping that series. It's pretty bland, even by Isekai standards.

The girls aren't interesting, not much is happening with the plot, and the chemistry with the girls is almost non-existent.

Indeed, at least I find that worldbuilding a little more interesting, but for the time being it's like the author has a fetish of domineering women because their MCs have little to no backbone unless plot demands it. If anything in both of their works it's because of women that things happen, eerily reminiscing the last 20y. Sad!

this guy is claiming at the end of the chapter he "found out that gds were uploading 1 week before the actual release", this is a violation of mangadex rules
however they ARE NOT DOING THAT, the chapter releases one month early on comic ride advance and as such he simply lied
the fact he is saying that also implies he falsely reported the chapter and mangadex took it down for that reason

also will be happy to edit the comments to remove any wrong info and apologise if I hopefully end up being wrong, this stuff pissed me off way too much and I really do not want to believe there actually are people that scummy in here

at the least banned from reporting anymore which i know the MD staff can do and should when its this malicious. if not kitty but some random person they should still be banned from reporting as i was told by bravedude that ANY report without a cite for the report is IGNORED period, and yet this person submitted one without doing a proper check and if you report without or with incorrect information to many times, you get banned from reporting permanently.

The author wrote Space Merc. after this one (According to NovelUpdates publishing dates), so he likely took reader feedback and realized most prefer assertive protagonists.

I like Kitty as well because they picked up Drawing manga, and I don't think that they would be booted as well, other TLs have done worse.

My issue with this was the timing of it all, if they reported it a few days before then most of this could've been avoided.

I think what the mods should do is remove Kitty translation(whether innocent or gulity) of ch. 49 and just leave GDS instead.
