Nah, go for Mithril Door because its way harder to break them and Melty cant even punch through that door since her power wont be enough to destroy them even with her Overlord perk. If it was Cobblestone and Obsidian, she just lift them easily due her power exceeds Ogre and even Elephant/Minotaur cant lift them with 2-hands.

That wasn't a regen potion; that was instant health! Though, medically speaking; would horns be "sensitive" in such a case? Not erotically, but tender. I know they're full of nerves and such, which is why she had such cancer-like remnants, but still. If anything, I would've figured they'd be more like sudden extra weight, similar to waking up after surgery to have corrective plates and such placed inside your body to fix broken bones.
