This series is just always so satisfying to read.
Although it leaves me wanting a manga that combines all of these kinds of gaming tropes and a harem but set in the real world.

Ah, right. No. There are harems that form around the other male commanders (after being completely worn down) and some women who have stayed out of matters entirely. She's one of those. So far. Her best chance to date came and went during a tense incident up north when Kosuke was instead focused on bringing the ogre girls completely into the group while keeping Elen's cluster, Grande and the harpies happy.
