I think his health fluctuating near 0 but the poison never killing him is technically another Minecraft reference. Since Minecraft poison can't kill you either but reacts the name way.

It definitely is a reference to it - Given you can just be fine in Minecraft with half a heart and look like there is nothing wrong, but anything even taking a brush at you will take you out.

Kosuke looks way too healthy and acts like it even though he hangs by a thread with his actual health, so his death would be quick if he received any kind of injury - Even minor ones.

Going "are you a god?" and then complaining when the person doesn't speak respectfully to you is certainly a choice. Surely a god outranks a saintess. I'd imagine an apostle with a divine aura like that would, too.

Surprised he busted out the status window and started talking to himself while the attendant was still in the room, though. That feels like a very dangerous choice if he's trying to keep things secret.
