Yeah, the English-language version of the Bible was a relatively short-lived effort by Tokyopop. Not sure it even lasted a year.

I remember seeing a lot of promotion for it at the New York Comic-Con in 2008, which was funny in a bleak/bizarre kind of way. They put on a "Goth and Lolita Fashion Show" event at the con to promote the publication, only the gals they got to model for them were the sort of women you would get from an American modeling agency -- tall, chesty, big hair, long legs. In loligoth fashion they all looked uncomfortably like novelty strippers.
