@Isekailoverrr You're right about him not giving the mage food. My bad on that. There are still other reasons why she wouldn't call him out. Again, she could be just like the commenters and complaining about Roy because he said he'd carry them even though he still asked for Min Hyuk to cover them. He was also most recently saved her from one ant, even though that was the only ant we saw him attack at all.

@jimmyclear and @Mintzu Let me be clear. Yes, I agree with you and anyone else who says that smacking the food out of Min Hyuk's hand was a bit much. That doesn't mean that Roy was the only bad person here. I'm saying we should criticize both Min Hyuk and Roy because they both acted badly. I've said before that Roy's smacking of the food was a bit out of line, but that doesn't mean that it was completely uncalled for.

I don't care if MC is an ass or not for eating non-stop and all but : He could have shared, it's not like he's gonna starve or anything and it's not even real food so who cares AND more importantly, MC refused to take gold and help from his IRL friend but accepted a carry-run from strangers ? This makes no sense at all, especially since the plot essentially revolves around him becoming OP as hell by doing solo stuff like lots of stories these days.

If I would agree to carry someone and they were afk and not focused then I would just leave them hanging. That's my time i'm spending and I expect the member to put in some effort. Yes I do consider MC as afk here, he isn't helping at all and is actually worse than most npc's from escort missions, at least they serve a purpose!
Regarding him killing one ant, the mage screamed out and he reacted, that's it! God I'm annoyed xD

You know, I'm actually gonna side with the spear-guy on this one. Even though he said he would carry the team, I still feel it's common sense for anyone that you should at least contribute in some way rather than be a nuisance in the background. Everyone gets tired eventually, so of course once fatigue sets in, you're bound to lose your cool and get angry at someone who's creating noise and not pulling his weight (no pun intended).
I can understand if it was like a grown man taking care of children, that he would do all the work for them, but MC has items at his disposal to at least help support the team. Also since we know MC is OP, doesn't that make him a bit of a dick to let someone weaker than him do all the hard work while he eats?

Edit: This was not knowing that spear-dude is a PKer. In all fairness, PKer is a bad guy, but in the storytelling of this chapter, MC is acting like a dick. I guess if you read the next chapter it will all make sense, why MC is acting like this.

Says alot about people defending the spear dude and blaming Min Hyuk. Let's put aside the fact that the spear dude is clearly a newbie MPKer. Spear dude understood that Min Hyuk was level 10 and classless, an average player with that kind of status would probably be practically useless in that dungeon as implied by the other party member at the start. Yet he admits him into the party and said he would carry, but then got pissed when Min Hyuk only eats and help at the last moment. Even without reader's perspective, how is Min Hyuk at fault, put any lv 10 classless in MC's place and they wouldn't be able to do anything. If you have issues with someone in your party not contributing, say so at the start and suggest ways for them to help within their ability, not explode in their faces when you aren't able to handle the situation. That's just finding fault with others to shift the blame from your own incompetence. Min Hyuk even supported the mage as agreed in the beginning.

Ive been in mcs place before, i remember doing a dungeon where i was pretty low level. The blame is entirely on the mcs fault since he was helping at all. Even just doing tiny bits of damage is enough but no he has to eat.

Where are the other two guys? Also I blame the spear dude that is most likely going to die because he said that the mc can help if he NEEDED it. He also said that he is going to carry the party.

I personally would've done nothing if someone said they were going to carry me. And if they said to only help if they needed it. Then I would do as told. That is what the MC is doing. He is doing what he is told.

@xEternalSoul and @Neramix Read the other comments. First, to xEternalSoul, the problems only came up AFTER they started. Roy, the spear guy most people ignore the name of, was being criticized by the mage. He was defending himself! He did not explode at anyone. He only said anything after he was getting attacked.

And to both, this is just like an earlier comment said. Roy literally said the food was distracting. Why the hell is a random person eating in a dungeon of all places? Min-Hyuk explicitly said his satiety is fine. No one in this game expects people to be playing just to eat. Min-Hyuk hasn't explained anything at all. And no, he doesn't need to explain if he doesn't want to reveal his condition, but it means people are naturally going to get annoyed by him. It's like being in a classroom. A teacher is usually fine if you're not paying attention, but Min-Hyuk is actually being disrespectful. Why eat in a dungeon? Why eat when his satiety is fine? It looks like he's being a jerk because to any normal human who isn't a mind-reader, he is.

Hmm, even though spear dude is the antagonist here, he's making sense. If someone just kept eating around me without bothering to help, I'd be sufficiently annoyed.

OK...I feel like the comment that the spear looks familiar means he killed someone for it.

But moving on, in this case I think MC is really inconsiderate (he's really more suited as a solo player). It's not wrong for him to NOT give the level 13 mage girl a castella because she asked for it. But the fact that he is eating it none stop shows a lack of consideration. I mean, I understand he likes to eat but feel like he's rubbing it in. Mmmmmm, so good. You can't have any. Worst is the mage girl has actually been WORKING hard. She deserves a treat.
