Chapters 57 and 58 are available officially in English. The scanlations should be taken down. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this website remove publications of simulipub titles?

Read rule 2 about upload restrictions.

Uploading your own translation is fine, not raws or official translations.

Besides, they're using raws available online judging from the watermark, not using official English pages either.

If we followed your logic, then Grand blue should have NO CHAPTERS AT ALL (all removed), because it's licenced.

Fan-translating is good, Stealing official translation is not.

Just out of curiosity, are we allowed to translate the official English to another language, upload that, then translate our translated version back to English and upload that again and say that it's "technically not ripping off the official English"?

Rules 2.1 Scans of official releases or webcomics from official sources, such as original releases (raws) or officially translated releases, are not allowed to be uploaded.

Meaning dont just rip the official english release.

Rule 2.1.1.1 However, if unofficial scanlations of the respective chapters are available, do not upload the official versions unless there is a significant difference in quality. Contact staff in case of doubt.

Meaning if the only non official raw is one that looks like a dog pissed on it, then ate it, then threw it into a fire and stamped it with watermarks... Its possible to use official raws/releases as the base (Like if you took the english official release and replaced the script with your own translations.

Rule 2.3.1 Using the translated script of an official release as the basis of a scanlation is allowed only if the script has been re-translated into a different language.

Meaning you can use the official release and plug it into google translate to make a spanish release or whatever.
