I know. I told you, Kodansha US is the English publisher for Grand Blue and so the simulpub is available globally. I don't even know what you're trying to say here. Saying that this series is region locked is wrong.

Shueisha actually has Mangaplus, you dumbo. Viz simulpubs are released on Mangaplus, but Viz services themselves are still region locked. This is still irrelevant anyways.
