If you have to ask who is Cakey, then you are obviously new to this mango (nothing wrong with that). This is basically manga about dudes enjoying their college live (and diving), with heavy focus on gags and comedy. This chapter was typical of that. If you are looking for story with heavy romance element then you will be disappointed.
