Damn it...another good manga that is just another ad for a novel. That's so sad.
It's been a great story so far and the last pages with the peek at the future tells me that it'd have kept being great.
Truly a shame the manga ends here.

Thanks you and congrats on working on this entire series.

I still think the author changing the protagonist from a crafter who can potentially fight with gears he crafted to a full on all powerful vanguard is a mistake because that erodes the uniqueness of the series.
I, at least, was expecting a character who approaches things smartly, instead the protagonist turned into someone who steamroll things with brute force….

Perhaps it’s the author’s lack of experience, or a gambit to raise flagging sales, or even what the author wanted to do in the first place, we’ll never know.

In any case, the art was quite good and consistent, the action scenes were ok, and there at least is an attempt to wrap things up. Hopefully the author will learn from this for their next work (if they decided to make another one).

coming back for a second to ask why several people are talking about this being an ad for a novel version when I sure cannot for the life of me find this "novel" that this is supposedly an ad for. I was and still am under the impression this was just a original manga series. Especially considering the author and artist are the same person.

The premise had a good start and setup but it fell short in keeping it interesting, I rather it be wacky adventure instead of what it had become.

Series had a great start. The universe was interesting and well crafted.

Then it got lost on its own. The author dragged out stuff that shouldn't have been, and so here we are, with a bloody axe that took the head of this series.

It's a real shame. With a better editor to tell the author to tighten things up we might have gotten a great 200 chapters out of this.

Will I remember this series in 20 years? Only vaguely. Like a dream half remembered.

Thanks for all the TLs, I really do enjoy this one. Sad to see it go. I hope the author gets another serialization soon.
