In the middle of the chapter she told him to wait various times,the guy literally makes the faces from the guys who tried to go deep on sakura(he mostly likely he is gonna be a big scumbag pretending to be a good guy just to do things with her).He was really forceful towards her.

I think the is a high chance that she rejects him and the guy gets mad and try to force things(if the ntr not happen),somehow the author would make a not logical thing and make the mc save him(this story lacks of logical thinking so everything is possible).

If the ntr happens i think this gonna get a break up from the main couple until they solve the misunderstanding that caused with the mc and glasses(the author can develop their relation too) and in a magical way they solve the misunderstanding and get back together in the most stupid way.
