Curious to see how the few remaining plot devices get used. The necklace at least for sure should be brought up, the truth of the misunderstanding is a maybe, and lastly will fuckboi and Sakura be included among the movie cast.

Once again you guys need to recognize that there's no plot twist whatsoever. No roundabout way too show that anything here it isn't as if it's shown. Fuckboi isn't evil, or clever he just wanted to fuck her brains out and be in a relationship with her. Blonde girl isn't evil but just wanted a friend in the same job as her (low budget TV treadmill), it might be a shitty acting career for Sakura and it might have unforeseen consequences (like sleeping around with higher ups and directors) but she chose this path.

Sakura is not a victim of a master plan, she's not depressed due to a break up, she doesn't even feel guilty. She's as happy as she can be, getting railed day and night. She might be sad and envious over her career in low budget TV instead of the increasingly likely prestige film career path of Fumi and Shinobu but that's it.

Well she could have but if she did I would be a solid symbol of her throwing shinobu out of her life so you would think the author would show something like that.

It's quite possible for Shinobu x Fumi to work immediately. He knows she has been with him long enough to know things about him, and that it is also possible she can rewrite Sakura. But it can only work if she does things differently or better than Sakura, or she brings something new to Shinobu's life. She could bring him a different feeling of love and happiness, which separates the 2 entirely.

Although I still don't think Shinobu would accept Fumi immediately initially, but with the time-skip, it's pretty much possible now.

As for the new sex scene, for me it felt like Shinobu's imagination, no other way around it. It doesn't make sense for it to be them at the time as the scene jumps around too much. And yeah the speech bubbles are sort of big indications. He is after all still hung up about what fuccboi said, and him still thinking about it sort of shows he still have feelings for her or still think about the situation. But that's just my view.

Maybe she gets hit with a few recollections of their time together with everyone at the old house, might compare it to her current life now and feel a bit sad (or indifferent), but it'll probably not amount to much more unless author wants to do something with it this is a very optional plot device, but it could work well.
