Nah, not mitigation at all. Sakura fucked up 100% but there were other factors that occured that lead to this happening.

It's not as simple minded as her being the sole one responsible. Other influences also lead to the outcome. Basically it's more complex than it looks. Some people just take it at face value and accept that and nothing else.

There's moments from other series where someone gets caught doing something and the victim blames them, yet we also see them blame others for allowing it to go as far as it did. Like "how could you let them do that??"

The same concept applies here. Sakura is at fault. Absolutely. But so are others, just not as heavily.

If people are saying she got raped it means that everything that happened the night of, isn't her fault which is 100% mitigation of responsibility. All we know for sure about Yumi is that he is guilty of going after a taken woman yet everyone is convinced he is some scheming mastermind that hypnotized Sakura into getting with him because that makes Sakura look less at fault. A guy going after a taken woman is scummy 1000% but if you cant trust your girl to shut that shit down at the start she is JUST as bad. Are there other factors in this mess? Yes, so what? At the end of the day she CHOOSES to do these things, that really all that matters when it comes time to explain yourself.

Seeing how hated Sakura is and how a lot of people see her and Shinobu as a Titanic ship. If she devoted herself to Yuma. It would only certify Fumi and Shinobu.

So me personally, I’d be happy. Shinobu dodged a bullet and will end up more successful than Yuma. As long as Shinobu wins. Idc.

I just re read 131 and saw the parts where fuckboi is with supposedly Sakura. Unless that is just the thoughts of Shinobu, it only really leaves two situations. 1, Sakura and fuckboi are still together and she's actively choosing to sleep with him, solidifying her as a cheating piece of shit or 2, fuckboi is sleeping with other women after confessing " love" to Sakura and it will lead to him getting exposed to her as a manipulator. Either way, Sakura is down bad and does not deserve to get anywhere near Shinobu.

Because it could be a strange ending for the reason that he has some responsibillity(with the blonde girl having some part too) for what Sakura did.(i'm talking about the actions before cheating and not the act of cheating),so if she discovers the truth she probably gonna fell a big regret about(almost 100% of the fans want it) and it would be strange that end with him if the author wants her to be reedemed.
