This entire time Sakura's been successfully burying any and all thoughts of Shinobu in a tightly shut box, Nagi can start to crack it open is really the only thing she can do and the rest will come down to how Sakura truly feels at this point (we don't know how long of a time skip but I feel like its been 2~3 months tops). As for Shinobu's side of things, he been mr.smooth-with-it this whole time so it not hard to see him taking it all the way but it's just a yes/no answer thing thats much less interesting than the Sakura Nagi development.

I think that more realistically if Nagi does conveniently have some information on fucboi that we've never heard about she'd probably just let Sakura know fucboi isn't who she thought he is and idk where things would go from there.
