I'll keep taking this chapter by chapter but I do think Nagi is going to shake things up one way or another, it's also important to remember that blondie and playboy STILL have not appeared in the present.

If Katsura wanted to truly seal the deal between Fumi and Shinobu and leave no chance for Sakura to reconcile with Shinobu then this chapter would have had a scene of Sakura having sex with playboy but it didn't, blondie is also strangely absent after her whole buddy thing with Sakura.

For all we know, Sakura might have distanced herself from them after the timeskip, maybe she's feeling shameful but we just don't know because that's another factor, Sakura's POV is still not being shown.

We also still don't know if this series will end soon or no, Nagi reappearing like this to interact with Sakura makes me think we're not quite done yet, that being said I have a few endings in mind for this series.

1). Sakura finds out the truth, seeks out Shinobu, they reconcile, "happy" ending which or may not include hints that Sakura will continue to get taken advantage of by other men or maybe she truly gets better and stays loyal.

2). Sakura finds out the truth, seeks out Shinobu, they reconcile but don't get back together as Shinobu has actually moved on with Fumi, Sakura tearfully accepts this and wishes Shinobu the best, cut to happy end with Fumi.

3). Sakura finds out the truth, seeks out Shinobu, they reconcile but don't get back together as Shinobu has actually moved on with Fumi, Sakura tearfully accepts this and wishes Shinobu the best but despite this, Shinobu can't move on from Sakura still, this starts to get to Fumi and eventually she gets fucked by another guy too, Shinobu breaks and spends the rest of his days watching Sakura's content while jerking off.

4). It's funny because a lot of people are dunking on shinobu not so much here but in the jp comments but he developed an infatuation over fumi it's why he thought of fumi when he was with sakura but the difference between his reaction to that and sakura's is he resistied while Sakura confided in Yuma. Sakura made a mistake I think she might understand she made a mistake but she wants shinobu to succeed and she doesn't think he can if he devoted all his time to her which is why she never contacted him after the breakup. Granted these thoughts would be weeks after the breakup you know post fuckboi sex she may still be with fuckboi but I find it hard to believe she love him.

They might've meant the first night outside of 129, which could track. Only Airi's word matters here if its touched upon again in the manga.
