I don't think it's something worth worry about (not saying it's 0% doe), they're trying to finish the story off strong here, just have to let writer do what they see fit, but this event is almost a no brainer.

I think the predictable one is Shinobu getting back with Sakura if we follow the romcom standards.Fumi ending would be a different one because it would break the classic of the FMC and Mc getting together no matter what happens.

And it would be good to get consequences for Sakura's bad behavior during the story.

True, I'd prefer to see a "miracle" over a 99% predicted ShiFumi ending though. Also, still maintain that 95% of any prediction we're making here is going to end up wrong with they way they'll have to condense the remaining events.
