The more people believe in something the better the rugpull when/if it happens. The car conversation was more in general about Sakura hesitating in whether the "values" she currently hold are right or wrong because of fucboi's conversation, and Mio giving her a push to do her best the prove that they aren't. One thing I will add as a note is that doing gravure does not equate to filming a sex scene to show off "sexiness" in this way, but the outcome will be up to KA's interpretation of what Sakura doing her best entails rather than fixating on a return to gravure itself necessarily.

However it is hard to say it with 100% certainty since we're not the author, so there is the off chance something else takes its place.
