It is possible if the producer anticipated Shinobu's issues and went out of his way to prepare an actress double then it would be more believable and readers won't nitpick the inconsistency there if it's something like this imo.

The worst part is that Fumi is the biggest victim, she had no idea that Sakura and Shinobu were a couple, so it doesn't make sense to say she was stealing Shinobu
Yep girl never broke so not ntr but rape well what happened at the motel and in the car before it was consensual if abet scummy. If sakura had been saying the same thing then that would have made to story much darker and changed how everyone feels about her.
They were engaged and she begrudgingly consented to the richboy before she fell more and more in love with MC. This is just the "my body but not by heart" type NTR stuff.
