I really hope that fucboi and Sakura don't stay together, that will be so crap but the chance is there.

I mean many others and myself are with you on that, BUT, at least going by MTL fucboi does seem genuine enough to still care about the issue after all this time so it's worrying. However Sakura IS already filming and it's unclear how they've been interacting in the little 1 month time skip that happened. There's a chance this is all just more bait setup for 136 but it's not looking good either way.

You know what, these last 2 chapters made me hate Shinobu and Fumi too. Nobody in this story is a properly functioning human anymore.

All the characters suck. Only Chico and Ryusei are alright I guess. Crazy how in just a few chapters now I hate all the mc and supporting cast.

No, what I'm referring to is when they were eating at her place. He made the offhanded comment that Sakura also cooked delicious food, realized and apologized to her to which she said it was okay.

But maybe her readily throwing herself at him was the first sign of her insecurity and we just didn't make the connection. Like it was out of desperation.

The way I interpreted the conversation was a negative, playboy has already fucked up, he didn't support Sakura and he acknowledged stealing Sakura from Shinobu, also considering Mio and Sakura's conversation last chapter, Sakura and playboy aren't in a good spot.

I think like Fumi, Sakura will go all the way and that's that.

That damn pen that Shinobu brings out because of his talk with Ryusei, and Shinobu is still thinking Sakura. Ryusei seems to be prepping Shinobu's mental a bit for the solo life also it feels by saying his job is the help girls like Sakura and Fumi shine which made me get a weird feel about the ending tbh.

That will be the classic open ending for Sakura and Shinobu meeting again.This kind of mangas always get this kind of ending.

Sakura will end with Ikeman. Ikeman’s development literally foreshadows this as he realises that he’s rushed things with Sakura and will take the chance to learn about her.

Shinobu is treated like a villain for being nice. Shit is sad. Shinobu has the power to stop the scene but I doubt he will either due to reluctance thinking that ‘this maybe what Fumi wants’ or pressure from producer. He will break up with Fumi and end up alone. Fumi insecurity is also the death of her as well but Shinobu should have picked that up and reassured her.

Timeskip will occur to where everyone is flourishing with their careers. But Shinobu will be devoid of hope and turn into the directors he once he tried to protect women from. Sakura and Ikeman relationship will blossom and Fumi career will also flourish.

This will be the last time I pick up Katsura Aira works.
